My favourite activity location, the place is really cute and you have so many options for painting. They do a really good job of providing instructions, help, and everything you could possibly need. They also have stencils, and a huge variety of paints. I will definitely be coming here more often.

Fantastic space, the wonderful lady that we saw was incredible with children. Great prices, really relaxed atmosphere & lovely pieces to get creative with. We thoroughly enjoyed it and will definitely be booking again soon. I am disabled on crutches and the lady was most helpful with the step/ramp. Peaceful music and lots of giggles what more could we want. Also once the little ones were done, quicker than us olders, they have an amazing blackboard so the kids can carry on with an activity to keep them busy while we finish! The place is lovely; clean, bright and all the information you need on the tables. The staff were really friendly and helpful too. The prices seem pretty reasonable too.

Was a lovely environment for my first poetry painting experience. Calming atmosphere, plenty of open space. The owners were on hand to help with advice and technique. Had a wide variety of choices to paint and plenty of colour, complete with a colour chart on the wall (and on the table the second time I went in). 
The owners were very friendly and for mother's day they gave my nan a little present 🥰 
My friend and I didn't finish our piece, and they were happy to keep the piece before firing (was over a month in the end due to illness and life commitments!). 
They have a little fridge of cold drinks to purchase and are more than happy for you to bring in food and drinks, people the second time brought McDonalds breakfast (genius!) 
Over all great experiences and I'm looking forward to picking up my piece (about a week turn around) and booking in another session!

Lovely place to go and what I beleive is reasonably priced activity with everything included except the piece you choose to paint. 2 hours was plenty of time to pick an item and get painting, only thing I would mention is maybe the tables need to be a bit bigger because each table sat 6 but with the amount of items on the table it didn’t leave much room for movement. Still thoroughly enjoyed it and can’t wait to collect my piece next week!

Deeply Disappointed by the Way We Were Treated

I visited the studio with two friends for what should’ve been a lovely evening pottery painting. We each paid the £8 booking fee, and I personally paid for my piece in full (£10.99) before leaving. My friends only had cash, and since the venue is card-only, a staff member clearly stated they could pay upon collection after firing. This was agreed at the time and noted down.

Instead of reaching out privately, the owner To our shock, just hours later, the business owner publicly posted a photo on Instagram implying our group had left without paying — accusing us of “stealing from a small business.” I sent them a message directly to address the situation which was met with nothing but accusations, they took no accountability for how things were handled or for the internal miscommunication, and then went on to ban our entire group — including me, despite having paid in full and acting respectfully the entire time.

I’ve been a loyal customer in the past and have always enjoyed my visits here, which makes this experience especially upsetting. There was absolutely no reason for this to escalate so publicly and aggressively — and I certainly won’t be returning after this.

I have been here lots of times since I first tried it back in August.  This time I went to the BYOB pottery painting evening session. It was really good and we will definitely be doing it again soon.
